加速器质谱(AMS)测量中充气飞行时间探测方法研究

Study on the Measurement Method of Gas-Filled Time-of-Flight by AMS

  • 摘要: 为了提高加速器质谱 (AMS)测量中同量异位素的分辨能力 ,设计了一种新型探测器即充气飞行时间探测器。主要探讨了充气飞行时间谱仪 (GF-TOF)的原理、结构和测试方法 ,给出了用α源调试的结果。通过增加离子的能量并合理选择气体和飞行距离提高 GF-TOF对同量异位素的分辨能力

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the power of isobaric identification in the accelerator mass spectrometric measurements, a new gas detector called gas-filled time-of-flight spectrometric detector has been set up. The principle, construction and method of the 241Am test were researched. Through increasing the energy of ions, selecting suitable gas and distance of flight, it can improve the absolution of GF-TOF to detect the isobars.
