两种方法提取芦荟花中挥发性化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

Study on Volatile Constituents of the Flowers From Aloe Vera. by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 用蒸馏 -萃取法和同时蒸馏 -萃取法提取库拉索芦荟花的挥发性物质 ,测得用两种方法提取的芦荟花挥发油含量分别为 0 .85 %和 2 .81 %。用气相色谱 -质谱 ( GC/MS)法从芦荟花挥发油中分别分离并确定出 1 9种和 1 1种化学成分 ,分别占芦荟花挥发油总检出量的 99.1 4%和 96.70 %。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统 ,得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。

     

    Abstract: Direct distillation extraction method (DDE)) and simultaneity distillation extraction method (SDE) were used for extracting the volatile substances of the flowers from Aloe Vera.. The average oil yields obtained by DDE and SDE, were 0.85% and 2.81%, respectively. The nineteen and eleven species of chemical components of the volatile substances from Aloe Vera were identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The contents of the identified compounds make up 99.14% and 96.70% of total volatile substances extracted from Aloe Vera with DDE and SDE, respectively.
