Abstract: The measurement method of the isotopic abundance ratios for the nanogram samarium was performed by Finnigan MAT 262-RPQ thermal ionization mass sepctrometer. The quantum of loading sample was less than 100 ng. The precision of determination was better than 0. 1%.
