摘要: 本文建立了头发中常见滥用药物的GC/MS/MS筛选分析体系。结果表明MS/MS技术通过选择性地采集特定的母离子而避免了基质的干扰.具有质谱SIS的高灵敏度特征和scan提供结构信息的功能。方法回收率为68~101%,最低检出限为0.01~2ng/mg。Abstract: A screening system was established for simultaneous detection of abused drugs in hair by GC/MS/MS. The results showed that tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) technique can effectively reduce the background due to complex matrixes by excluding all unwanted ions except the parent ion, and has advanages of high sensitivity of SIS and structural information of scan. The recoveries of 13 abused drugs range from 68 to 101%, with low limits of detection (0. 01-2ng/mL hair).
