Determination of Ultra-trace Plutonium in Atmospheric Aerosols by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)

  • 摘要: 本文通过采用膜去溶进样系统与 ICP-MS联用技术和同位素稀释质谱法定量分析了大气气溶胶样品中 fg量级的钚。方法对大气中 2 39Pu的定量限达到了 5 .7× 1 0 -8Bq/ m3。膜去溶系统的使用提高了样品的利用效率 ,并有效降低了复合离子 2 38U1H+对 2 39Pu测定的影响 ,使仪器的分析灵敏度 (相对 )提高了近一个数量级 ,对 2 39Pu的检出限达到了 0 .4 fg/ m L。
    Abstract: A double-focused ICP-MS coupled with a membrane desolvating sample introduction system is used for the determination of ultra-trace plutonium in atmospheric aerosols. 242Pu is used as spike for the isotope dilution analysis. The detection limit of 239Pu obtained is 0.4 fg/mL. The matrix effect was minimized by matrix separation using extraction chromatography. The limit of determination for plutonium in atmospheric aerosols obtained is 5.7×10 -8 Bq/m 3.
