用质谱法准确测定铀同位素的浓缩比

  • 摘要: 本文详细讨论用质谱法准确测定UF6样品对浓缩比的方法。除采用分子束进样装置外,还可兼用氟气钝化处理的方法进一步减小记忆效应。指出二次电子、大峰拖尾及杂质峰形成等都会产生类似于记忆效应的系统误差。文中叙述如何检测和估算及减小这些误差。还叙述了样品净化与操作条件对测量值的影响及测量的随机误差。最后得出在精密质谱计上按本文所述方法进行测量,可使浓缩比约10%的样品对的总相对误差小于0.4%,并给出用标准对进行检验与校正的方法。

     

    Abstract: Accurate Measurement of the Concentrative Ratio of Uranium Isotopes by Mass SpectrometryTang Hansen(Jiangsu institute of Petrochemical Technology, Changzhou 213016, China)Abstract:In this paper it is discussed in detail how to accurately measure the concentrative ratio of UF, sample-pair with mass-spectrometric analysis. In order to lessen memory effect, the method of passivative treatment with fluorine can also be used in addition tothe usage of molecular beam inlet system. Indicated in this paper are system deviationssimmilar to memory effect due to secondary electron, tail of peak and formation of impure ions, and it is described how to measure, estimate and reduce these deviations. Itis also discussed the effect of sample purification and operating conditions and the random deviation of measurement. At last it is seen that with precision mass-spectrometerand the method mentioned above, the total relative deviation of measurement of samplepair with about 10% concentrative ratio could be less than 0. 4%.
