Peptides Analysis of Molecule Ion Reactor Coupled With Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 应用实验室研制成功的高分辨飞行时间质谱仪的分子离子反应器 ( Molecular ion reactor,MIR)接口来分析多肽结构和获得相关信息。实验结果表明 :MIR能够有效地破碎多肽 ,得到准确的碎片信息 ,是一种理想的多肽结构分析技术。

Abstract: A molecular ion reactor(MIR) used as an atmospheric pressure ionization interface for a home-built high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer is applied to analysis of peptides structure. The experiments shows MIR can decompose peptides effectually and get accurate information of fragments of peptides. MIR is an ideal technology for analysis of peptide structure.
