两种菟丝子挥发性成分的比较研究

Comparative Studies on the Volatile Constituents From the Seeds of C. Japonica Choisy and Cusuta Chinensis Lam.

  • 摘要: 采用同时蒸馏萃取方法提取华北菟丝子及千山菟丝子的挥发性成分 ,应用 GC/MS方法对挥发性成分进行了分离鉴定。在华北菟丝子中鉴定了 1 2种化学成分 ,在千山菟丝子中鉴定了 1 1种化学成分 ,两者在挥发性化学成分上有很大差别

     

    Abstract: Simultaneous distillation-extraction method is applied to extract the volatile oils in C. japonica Choisy from North China and Cusuta chinensis Lam. from Qianshan Mountain, Liaoning Province,respectively. The volatile constituents are separated and identified by GC/MS. The twelve and eleven species of the chemical constituents in C. japonica Choisy and Cusuta chinensis Lam are identified. The results indicate that the chemical components of oils in Cusuta chinensis Lam. and C. japonica Choisy from the different location are different from each other.
