用HPLC、LC/MS方法检测人尿中Viagra及其代谢物

Determination of Viagra and its Metabolites in Human Urine by HPLC、LC/MS

摘要: 建立了人体尿液中viagra及其代谢产物的HPLC、LC MS检测方法 ,确认了志愿受试者服用viagra的尿液中的代谢产物 ,并对viagra原体及其羟基化代谢物在尿液中的消除进行了研究。结果表明 :viagra服用者尿液中检出三种代谢产物 ,其中尤以羟基化代谢物量为最大 ;viagra原体及羟基化代谢物的检出时限分别为 2 4小时和 3 6小时。

Abstract: Method for the determination of Viagra and its metabolites in human urine by HPLC and LC/MS/MS were established. Three metabolites of Viagra were found in urine samples.The testable time for Viagra and its metabolite were 24 h and 36 h.
