Abstract: A method of isotope dilution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established for the determination of total amount mercury in CCQM K43.1 sword fish. Enriched ²⁰²Hg isotope spike solution CRMs was developed and applied to measurement of Hg in the sword fish. The result obtained by this work is in agreement with the reference value of the comparison sample.
