Abstract: In this paper mass spectral fragmentation of antibiotics leucomycins, 4″—acylspiramycins and Shengjimycins were reported by FABMS and SIMS. The molecular formula and strucure of the antibiotic were idetified by mass data and 13 C NMR(COM DEPT)data. It is a useful method for finding new Antibiotic.
