Abstract: In view of panda's information spreads by their odour, several samples of panda's anus gland were analyzed by GC/MS. More than 40 peaks were separated successful by GC under appropriate conditions in which split ratio and temperature-program were important. The samples acquired from different individuals, seasons were analyzed. Some components could be effective for panda's copulation. The result could be helpful for panda's culture.
