Abstract: This paper reports the analytical results of cationic porphyins by MALDI-TOF-MS method and the attribution of characteristic peaks of cationic porphyins with variant side chains. Research results indicate it is effective that cationic porphyins are analyzed by using MALDI-TOF-MS method.
