Abstract:
2,2-Dichlorovinyldimethyl phosphate (DDVP), one of organic phosphorous pesticides, in source water was determined by the combination techniques of the solid phase microextraction (SPME) and GC/MS. Factors such as extraction temperature, balance time and sample concentration were investigated concerning the SPME-GC/MS analysis sensitivity. The established method possesses a minimum detection limit of 0.1 μg/L, and could omit sample concentration and other pre-disposals. It proved a rapid and high-efficient method by its application in determination of DDVP in Dong Pu Reservoir.
