Abstract: The volatile oil constituents of the Allium Sativeum with Liaoning different districts were analyzed by GC/MS.The results indicate that there are a lot of same volatile constituents of the AlliumSativum with different districts, moreover, the different of the volatile constituents with the different districts are obviously.
