Abstract: Sanazole is an radiosensitizer for cancer radiotherapy.We determined its concentration in plasma on lung cancer patients using GC/MS.Complete chroma tographic resolution was achieved using a HP OV 1 fused silica capillary column and the internal standard was metronidazole.The result showed that the elimination of sanazole was quick,which suggested the drug does not easily remain in body.
