Abstract: Six nucleoside analogs (nucleoside with two sugars) were determinde by HRFAB MS.Molecular formulas of molecular ion and characteristic ions were confirmed.Experimental results indicate that this method is a simple,effective and sensitive way to analyze thermally labile biological small molecules.
