本芴醇的质谱研究:快原子轰击、电喷雾电离和电子轰击质谱的比较

Mass Spectrum of Benflumetol:Comparison of FAB-MS,ESI-MS and EI-MS

  • 摘要: 本文研究了本芴醇的 FAB- MS和 ESI- MS,并与 EI- MS的研究结果进行了比较。研究结果表明 ESI是质谱电离技术中最软的电离技术 ,它与 EI和FAB的裂解方式不同。本芴醇在 FAB- MS的主要裂解途径和在 EI- MS中的相似 ,均是本芴醇侧链上的胺基发生 β开裂 ,生成基峰 M/ Z1 42的 CH2 =+ N( C4 H9) 2 离子。 ESI-MS分析时通常获得 M/ Z52 8的 M+ H+ 离子 ,分析时增加锥孔 (进样孔 )电压 ,本芴醇在源内发生 CID,首先发生脱水反应 ,然后继续裂解。

     

    Abstract: FAB-MS and ESI-MS of benflumetol were measured and compared with its EI-MS.It was shown that ESI is the most soft technique for benflumetol ionization.FAB-MS of benflumetol is similar to EI-MS.In both mass spectra the main fragmentation is β-cleavage of its side amine chain and the base peak is m/z 142CH 2= +N(C 4H 9) 2ion.When in-source CID is measured in ESI-MS,the first fragmentation step of benflumetol is dehydration and then fragmentation.
