Application of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry in Clinical Samples Analysis

  • 摘要: 本文对近年来电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)在临床样品微量元素及形态分析中的应用进行了综述,讨论了应用ICP-MS技术测定临床样品微量元素的三种处理和分析方法(直接稀释法,湿法消解法和微波消解法),列举了部分含量测定的实例。介绍了联用技术高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱(GC)、超临界流体色谱(SFC)和毛细管电泳(CE)在形态分析中的应用,指出了现存的问题,探讨了可能的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: A review on the content and speciation analysis of trace elements in clinical samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was presented. The study is mainly focused on the following subjects: sample preparation (simple dilution, wet digestion and microwave digestion were compared with each other); determination and speciation analysis of trace elements. Furthermore, the application of the hyphenated technique including high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) and capillary electrophoresis(CE) are introduced, some problems in the application and the handing strategies are simply presented at the end.
