血液中毒鼠强的气相色谱-质谱检验

Determination of Tetramine in Blood by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 对毒鼠强中毒死亡者血液样品进行了液 -液提取及气相质谱联用仪 ( GC/ MS)分析。考察了苯、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、二氯甲烷、己烷、环己烷、丙酮等 8种有机溶剂对毒鼠强的提取效率。结果表明 :乙酸乙酯对毒鼠强的提取率 >90 % ,是一种理想的提取剂。获得的毒鼠强工作曲线为 y=1 2 5 43 .3 * x+5 1 6.2 ,相关系数 r=0 .9983 ,最小检出限为 2 μg/ L;对毒鼠强 GC/ MS图谱进行解析 ,推断出毒鼠强主要 GC/ MS碎片的归属 ,采用选择离子监测模式 ( SIM)对毒鼠强中毒死亡者血液样品进行了检测 ,提高了检测限并减少了干扰 ,建立了一个适合司法检验的毒鼠强提取分析方法

     

    Abstract: A method of liquid-liquid extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) analysis was developed for the determination of tetramine in blood. The extraction rate of nine kinds of organic solvents including benzene, chloroform, acetic ether, acetone, dichloromethane, aether, cyclohexane, hexane for tetramine were researched. The results showed that the extraction yield of acetic ether for tetramine is above 90%, and it is an ideal extraction solvent; tetramine work curve was y=12 543.3*x+516.2, r= 0.998 3, the detection limits were 2μg/L; GC/MS spectrum of tetramine was also analyzed without standard library spectrums, and main GC/MS spectra of tetramine were identified. Blood from victim was determined by GC/MS-SIM, detection limit was increased and interference was decreased. The extraction and analysis method of tetramine established was suitable for the judicial identification.
