Study on the Fragmentation Pathways of Methylated Derivatives of Diuretics

摘要: 利尿分析检测的主要仪器为 GC/ MS,但质谱的解析存在相对的不确定性。 GC/ MS/ MS通过对碎片离子的二次质谱分析技术 ,可以准确地判断被分析药物分子离子的碎裂机理。本文的工作研究重点是使用该分析测试技术对有代表性的部分利尿剂药物的甲基衍生物进行分析 ,使其质谱的解析更为准确可靠。

Abstract: As we know that GC/MS has been widely applied to doping control analysis,but it is difficult to interpret the mass spectra.This paper introduced the application of GC/MS/MS to diuretics analysis.The fragmentation pathways were studied by MS/MS in parent mode,and the results indicated the mechanism through which the characteristic ions formed.
