双哌嗪双季铵盐类衍生物的快原子轰击质谱和电子轰击离子化质谱研究(英文)

Fast Atom Bombardment And Electron Impact Ionization Mass Spectrometry of Some Derivatives of Bis piperazinium Decane Salts

  • 摘要: 〕双派嗪双季铵盐类化合物(M2+ 2Br- 2HCl)具有良好的抗肿瘤,镇痛和抗氧化作用。本文对三个1,10-双(N-取代哌嗪)癸烷双季铵盐新化合物进行了质谱及其裂解规律的研究。从快原子轰击质谱(FABMS)得到了M+ X+ 峰,M- H+ 峰和M- R+ H+ 峰。此M- H+ 峰可由R+ 重排而来。从电子轰击离子化质谱(EIMS)得到了主要碎片峰,特征峰m /z99,m /z113,m /z281,m /z311,等也可由类霍夫曼(Hoffm ann)降解形成。此文为双盐类化合物的质谱研究提供了方法及裂解规律

     

    Abstract: Three derivatives of 1,10-bis-(N-piperazinium) decane salts (M 2+ ·2Br -·2HCl) carrying substituted N-benzyl groups were studied by FAB mass spectrometry (FABMS) with very satisfactory results.M+X +,M-H +,M-R+H + were present in the FAB mass spectra.The formation of M-H + ions could be explained as R + rearrangement.We also reported the main fragmention routes of these compounds by EI mass spectrometry (EIMS).The characteristic peaks,which were observed at m/z99,m/z113,m/z281,m/z311 etc.were formed similarly to Hoffmann elimination.
