摘要: 针对ＬＺＬ－２０４ 型国产质谱计，选用ＫＹＫＹ－ＣＷＱ 型超高真空微调充气阀配备自行设计的三通取样管，实现了对气体组分浓度变化的监控Abstract: Monitoring of gas concentration changes has been realized by using KYKY CWQ value and a three way sampling pipe for LZL 204 quadrupole mass spectrometer.
