异核苷杂寡核苷酸的基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱测定

Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry of Oligodeoxynucletides Consisting of Isonucleosides

  • 摘要: 以芥子酸(sinapinicacid)为基质,对异核苷杂寡核苷酸(3-(R)-IsodT)13·dT和(3-(S)-IsodT)13·dT进行了基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱测定,准确地测得分子量,合成的寡核苷酸得以鉴定。

     

    Abstract: Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry of oligodeoxynucleotides consisting of isonucleosides with sinapinic acid as matrix was reported. Modified oligonucleotides were identified by means of their molecular weights obtained.
