Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry of Oligodeoxynucletides Consisting of Isonucleosides

摘要: 以芥子酸（sinapinicacid）为基质，对异核苷杂寡核苷酸（3－（R）－IsodT）13·dT和（3－（S）－IsodT）13·dT进行了基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱测定，准确地测得分子量，合成的寡核苷酸得以鉴定。

Abstract: Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry of oligodeoxynucleotides consisting of isonucleosides with sinapinic acid as matrix was reported. Modified oligonucleotides were identified by means of their molecular weights obtained.
