自来水中痕量挥发性有机物的色谱—质谱测定

Determination of Trace Volatile Organic Compounds in Drinking Water by GC-MS

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了用石英毛细管柱色谱-质谱测定自来水(饮用)中挥发性有机物的方法。有机物吸附在Amberlite XAD-2上,并在190℃解吸,高纯氮吹过吸附剂以赶出被浓缩的解吸出来的挥发性组分,得到的样品进入GCMS分析,鉴定出20种化合物并对5种卤代烃做了定量测定,对结果进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: A method for determination of volatile organic compounds in drinking waterby fused silica capillary GC-MS has been described in the present paper. Theorganic components were absorbed on the Amberlite XAD-2 and afterwards desor-bed at 190°C. During this period a stream of pure N_2 was passed over the adsor-bent to flush away the concentrated and desorbed volatile components. The sam-ples were injected into GC-MS. The 20 kinds of compounds have been identifiedand 5 halogenated hydrocarbons have also been quantified. The detection limitwas below 0.1μg/l. The results have been discussed.
