Development of a Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer Software

Abstract: A quadrupole mass spectrometer software in chinese was developed using VC6.0 for GAM300 instrument from Balzers. The communication protocol from quadrupole system and the computer was cracked. The inner normalization quantity analysis was applied, and the whole system was tested stable and accurated.
