A Magnetic Sector Mass Spectrometer for Experiments

  • 摘要: 本文叙述了一台实验用的扇形磁质谱计。对离子源离子光学系统进行了离子轨迹的模拟实验,磁分析室用铜电铸而成,离子探测器采用单通道连续电子倍增管,对磁分析器离子光学系统的几何参数做了理论计算。仪器的分辨本领为380,对锶样品的灵敏度为2×10~4。

     

    Abstract: In this paper a magnetic sector mass spectrometer for experiments is described. Si-mulating test of the ion trajectory is carried out for ion optic system of the ion source.The chamber of magnetic analyzer is made of copper by means of electrotyping. A chan-nel electron multiplier is used for ion detection. Geometric parameters of ion optic systemof the magnetic analyzer are calculated. Resolution of the instrument is 380, Sensitivity is2×10~4 for strontinm sample.
