基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱测定重组人白细胞介素—3(IL—3)等六种基因工程产品

Analysis of Recombinant Proteins by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization/TOF-Mass Spectreometry

摘要: 本文应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪（MALDI／TOF－MS）测定了重组人白细胞介素－3（IL－3）、人表皮生长因子（hEGF）等六种基因工程产品，建立了一种对基因工程产品进行质量控制的新方法，此方法稳定、快速、灵敏，准确度达0．3％，仅需fmol样品即可测定。

Abstract: The molecular weight determination of recombinatnt human EGF, TNF, G-CSF,GM-CSF, IL-3 and bFGF by MALDI/TOF-MS are reported. α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid is used as matrix. Most of the RSD are less then 0. 3%. The signal can be obtained at the low femtomole sample level.
