Analysis of Stereoisomers of ω-Azolylalkene Compounds by GC-MS

  • 摘要: 用GC-MS法区分了肝取代苯基-5-(苯并三氮唑基)-1-戊烯的顺反异构体及位置异构体,解释了产生位置异构化的原因,并且定量测定了顺及异构体及位置异构体的相对含量。

     

    Abstract: ?Stereoisomers of 1-substituted phenyl-5- (benzotrizolyl )-1-pentene were distinguished form each other by GC-MS, the reason of isomerization was also discussed. In addition,the amount of isomers of to-azolylalkene was determined.
