虎杖饮片挥发油的提取及GC/MS分析

Extraction and GC/MS Analysis of Volatile Oil from Polygonum Cuspidatum

  • 摘要: 采用正交试验法对水蒸气蒸馏提取虎杖饮片挥发油的条件进行研究。结果表明最佳提取条件为虎杖粗粉(2~3 mm)加入7倍的水浸泡4 h,水蒸气蒸馏12 h。用气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定最佳提取条件所得虎杖饮片挥发油的化学成分,鉴定出其中20种成分,主要是噻吩类(38.09 %)、菲类(4.78 %)、芴类(3.81 %)、联苯类(3.47 %)、蒽类(2.92 %)和萘类(2.27 %)化合物。

     

    Abstract: Orthogonal design of 4 factors at 3 levels was applied for hydrodistillation method of volatile oil from Polygonum Cuspidatum. The optimal condition of extraction was the medicinal materials being dipped in 7 times water for 4 h and then distilled 12 h by vapor. The volatile oil was analyzed by GC/MS, and twenty compounds were identified. The main components in the oil of Polygonum Cuspidatum included thiophenes(38.09 %), phenanthrenes(4.78%), fluorenes(3.81%), biphenyls(3.47%), anthracenes(2.92%) and naphthalenes(2.27%).
