Mass Spectra of Natural Products IV. Struetural Analysis of Glycosides of Paris Luquanesis H.Li and Paris Axialis H.Li by FABMIKES Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 利用快原子轰击(FAB)和质量分离离子动能谱(MIKES)法研究了三个五指莲重楼甾体皂甙的结构。实验结果表明,在FAB谱中可以得到分子量的信息;以准分子离子锁定磁场,以加速电压作为参考电压进行静电场扫描,得到质量分离离子动能谱,明确显示出糖基的个数和糖的连接顺序。Abstract: In this paper the sequences of sugar groups in the following glycosideshave been determined by FAB-MIKES mass spectrometry: Glycoside I Pen-nogenin 3-0-α-L-arabinofuranosyl (1→4)-α-L-rhamnosyl(1→2)-β-D-gluco-pyranoside; Glycoside Ⅱ Pennogenin 3-0-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4 )-α-L-rham-nosyl (1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside; Glycoside ⅢPennogenin-3-0-β-D-glucopyrannosyl (1→3) (α-L-rhamuopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside. FAB spectrum can give the molecular weight of the sample and the MI-KES mass spectrum can give the information of sequence of the sugar groups.
