火花源质谱法的现状和发展前景

Recent Status and Prospects in Spark Source Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 本文对火花源质谱法的现状和前景作了综述。由于对火花放电时的理化过程及其机制的进一步了解,火花源质谱法的分析精度和准确度得到显著改善。离子源的改进有可能使离子束的能量分散限于100电子伏,这可大大减化质谱计并提高灵敏度。采用电检测手段、计算机数据处理、同位素稀释法和样品预处理,可以有效地提高火花源质谱法的分析能力并促使其发展。

     

    Abstract: Owing to the better understanding of the physico-chemical processes whichoccur during the spark discharge and of the mechanism of the latter, theprecision and accuracy of the results of the spark source mass spectrometricanalysis have been obviously improved. The improvoment ol the ion sourcemade it possible to limit the energy spread of the beam to~100 ev, whichmay result in great simplification of spark source mass spectrometer and incre-asing sensitivity. The analytical capability of SSMS has been greatly enhanc-ed by the use of electrical detection mode, computer data handling, isotopicdilution method and the pretreatment of samples. Advances in all these aspe-cts bring a bright prospect to the development of SSMS.
