Abstract:
A method for the identification of a raw material for drug-making by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was developed. As the compound was not included in commercial mass spectral reference library till date, it was identified to be hydroxylimine hydrochloride by manual interpretations of mass spectra and nuclear magetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR). Hydroxylimine hydrochloride was the intermediate of producing ketamin and the isomer of ketamin hydrochloride, so measures must be taken to supervise this kind of chemical compounds. This method was proved to be accurate and reliable, and it can meet the requirement of judicial authentication.
