Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides by SPE Disk Extraction-GC/MS with Selected Ion Monitoring Mode

摘要: 通过圆盘膜萃取提取水中有机氯农药，并用气质联用仪及选择离子(SIM)进行样品定量分析，加标回收率在75%~125％，测定检出限达到pg/mL级（10-12）水平。Abstract: Organochlorine pesticides in water were extracted by disk extraction, and the extracted solution was analyzed quantitatively by GC/MS with selected ion monitoring mode. The recovery was 75%~125％. The detection limit was pg/mL level.
