摘要: 本文叙述了将一台МИ-1305型质谱计改装成适用于分析六氟化铀中铀同位素丰度的专用质谱计。改装是参照CH4/UF质谱计的工作原理,采用了分子束进样装置与球吸附冷阱,用抽速为150升/秒的汞扩散泵代替了GKB-10扩散泵,并自制了仿CH4/UF的离子源及相应的离子源供电部件。改装后仪器的真空度达6×10~(-8)托;当出口/入口狭缝宽0.1/0.35毫米时的分辩本领为310;记忆因子约0.01。用该仪器测量样品对的丰度比的比值与各种先进质谱计的测量结果作比较时相差均小于0.001。Abstract: This paper describes the modification of МИ-1305 Mass Spectrometer for de-termining ~(235)U/~(238)U isotopic ratio of UF_6, which was done according to the designof CH_4/UF mass spectrometer. A molecular beam inlet system and a spherical coldtrap were used. The GKB-10diffusion pump was replaced by a mercury diffusionpump (150 1/s).An ion source modelled on CH_4/UF mass spectrometer and itspower supply were made. The vacuum is 6×10~(-8) torr.The resolving power is 310with an entrance slit of 0.1 mm in width and an exit slit of 0.35mm in widthThe memory factor is about 0.01. When used for measuring the abundance ratiof a sample pair, the difference is less than 0.001 compared with the measuringresults of other sophisticated mass spectrometers.
