乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合机理

Mechanism of the Plasma Polymerization of Ethylene and Propene

  • 摘要: 本文应用色谱—质谱和顺磁共振方法,分析和鉴定了乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合过程中气相冷凝物的组成。在ov—17,ov—101及FFAP毛细柱上色谱—质谱分析结果表明乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合气相冷凝物分别由60多个和40多个组份组成。顺磁共振分析结果表明冷凝物中含有大量的稳定自由基。根据色谱—质谱和顺磁共振结果提出了乙烯和丙烯等离子体聚合反应机理。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the analysis and identification of gaseous condensatesfrom plasma polymerization of ethylene and propene by means of GC, GC-MSand ESR. The GC-MS results of the condensates on OV-17, OV-101 and FF-AP capillary columns have indicated that the condensates consisted of morethan 60 compounds and 40 compounds respectively. ESR results show that alot of radical exist in the condensates. According to the GC-MS and ESR datathe reaction mechanism was deduced for plasma polymerization of ethyleneand propene.
