Abstract: This article introduces the application of the quasi-equilibrium theory to mass spectrometry, and exemplifies the decomposition of propane ion (C_3H_8~+) to explain the theoretical 'basis ,and the method using quasi-equilibrium theory for calculation of mass spectrometry.
