环丙烷衍生物的质谱研究

Mass Spectra of Substituted Cyclopropanes

  • 摘要: 本文报道一系列环丙烷衍生物的EI质谱,借助亚稳跃迁和高分辩质谱讨论了断裂途径,总结了断裂规律。反式-3-乙炔基-反式-2-苯甲酰基-1-取代苯基环丙烷(1~7)和反式-3-三甲硅基乙炔基-反式-2-苯甲酰基-1-取代苯基环丙烷(8~15)的分子离子峰都很弱,主要离子有M—COC_6H_5~+和C_6H_5CO~+。化合物(1~7)还出现M—CO~+离子,同时发生苯基重排。而化合物(8~15)则为三甲硅基的重排并生成M—Me_3SiOH~+离子。反式(或顺式)-3-三甲硅基-反式-2-苯甲酰基-1-取代苯基环丙烷(16~25)的分子离子峰很强,有些为基峰。另外还生成M—MeSiO~+和M—MeSiOH~+离子。苯环上的取代基团X对分子离子和一些碎片离子的强度有明显的影响:随X电负性的增强,相应离子的强度下降。

     

    Abstract: The EI mass spectra of twenty-five substituted cyclopropanes were studied by using high resolution mass spectrometry and metastable ion measurements to elucidate the fragmentation pathways. In the EI spectra of trans-3-ethynyl-trans- 2-benzoyl- 1-substituted phenyl cyclopropanes (1~7) the molecular ion peaks were very weak, the characteristic ion peaks observed were M-COC_6H_5~+, M-CHC_6H_4X~+, C_6H_5CO~+ and M-CO~+ with rearrangement of phenyl group. For trans-3-trimethyisilyle-thynyl-trans-2-benzoyl-1-substituted phenyl cyclopropanes (8~15), main decomposition pathways involve loss CH_3, COC_6H_5, CHC_6H_4X and Me_9SiOH with the rearrangemet of trimethylsilyl group from carbon atom to oxygen atom. It has been found that the spectra of trans (or cis)-3-trimethyl- silyl- trans- 2- benzoyl- 1- substitutedphenyl cyclopropanes (16~25) shows the intense molecular ion peaks and the characteristic ion peaks M-Me_3SiO~+, M-COC_6H_5~+ and M-CH_3~+. The intensity of molecular ions and some fragment ions of all compounds (1~25) was closely related to the electronic nature of substituted group X.
