Abstract: Study on FABMS of Solid Coordination Compounds of Rare Earth with Hydroxamic AcidYuan Moucun; Zhu Yufen; Luo Yun;Liu Guanghua; Zhou Hua; Wen Hanhui(Guangzhou Institute of Chemistry,Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou 510650, China)Abstract:Fast atom bombardment mass spectra (FABMS) of solid corrdination compounds ofrare earth with hydroxamic acid were reported. A certain relationship was found between the intensities of ions in gas phase and their reactions in solution, that was coincident with the direct sputtering mechanism on FABMS. Therefore, FABMS could beconsidered as a useful method to study solution reactions of coordination compound.Key Words: coordination compounds of rare earth, oxylydroxamic acid, Ophthailichydroxamic acid, FABMS.
