Abstract: This paper discussed the necessity, significance and technical bases of drafting calibration specifications for bench top gas chromatography-mass spectrometer in China. It simply explained that some specifications are not listed in calibration specifications. In the meantime, it gave suggestions on the correct application of calibration specifications in practical measurement.
