Abstract: The preconcentration technologies of proteins and peptides applied in biological mass spectrometry have received great progress in recent years. A review is given in the present paper, which concerns solid phase microextraction, preconcentration directly on MALDI target, microelectroelution concentration, enrichment strategies for phosphoprotein/phosphopeptide and their advantages and disadvantages.
