Determination of Multi-elements in Soil by Using Microwave Digestion ICP-MS

Abstract: A method was studied for determination of multi-elements in soil by using microwave digestion-ICP-MS. The digestion condition was optimized from digestion system, proportion of acids and digestion procedure. The potential interference was eliminated. The method detection limits for all elements were between 0.000 5-38.08 μg/g.
