火花源质谱法定量测定地质样品中的痕量稀土元素

Quantification of Rare Earths Trace in Geological Sample by SSMS

  • 摘要: 在以石墨为导体的火花源质谱法测定地质样品中的痕量稀土元素时,由于钡和稀土元素产生的氧化物,碳化物离子谱线迭加在稀土元素谱线上,从而影响分析结果。本文对消除这种干扰的数学校正法进行了讨论。这种校正法是通过解单次曝光谱线强度值所组成的方程组而实现的。这种方法已用地质矿产部的地质标样进行了核对。

     

    Abstract: The superpositional interference resulted from the ions of carbide andoxide of barium and rare earths causes significant errors in determining REtrace by spark source mass spectrometry when graphite is used as conductivepowder. In the present paper a mathematial correction procedure, whicheliminates the interference by using a coupled equation for intensity of singleexposure, is described. Its reliability has been verified by more than 20Chinese geological standard samples.
