Abstract: The exact determination of isotope ~(15)N abundance with ZhT-03 massspectrometer is described. The requirement of instrument state, correctcalibration of determined data, different measures for the samples of differentabundance, especially the influence of dissolved gases in sample on the de-termined results, and the calibrating coefficient are discussed.
