  • Abstract: This paper reports the special desorption/ionization effect of matrix 3-aminoquinoline(3-AQ) and binary matrix 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid/3-aminoquinoline(DHB/3-AQ) on the cyclic polysaccharide molecules in MALDI-TOF/MS analysis.
