Abstract: Six different processing methods were used to transfer ginsenoside in ginseng flowers into less polar ginsenoside in this paper. The contents of less polar ginsenoside in these samples were analyzed by semiquantitative method of ESI-MS. The results show that the processing method of the powder at high temperature steaming 4 hours is favorable for increasing the content,of less polar ginsenoside.
