茎用莴苣花挥发性化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

  • 摘要: 用同时蒸馏-萃取装置提取茎用莴苣花的挥发性物质,测得茎用莴苣花挥发油的含量为5.65%,用GC/MS法从茎用莴苣花挥发油中分离并确定出37种化学成分,占挥发油总量的80.66%。用峰面积归一法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。主要成分有:正十六酸(24.03)%、十四酸(6.44%)、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(4.30%)、壬醛(4.54%)、蒽(4.26%)、苯乙醛(4.25%)。

     

    Abstract: Simultaneous distillation-extractor was used for extracting the volatile substances in flowers of L.Sativa var.angustana Irish.The content of the volatile oil was 5.65%, and 37 chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS), accounting for 80.66% of the total volatile substances.The concentrations of the volatile components were then determined by the peak area normalization method. The main volatile chemical components were n-hexadecanoic acid (24.03%), dodecanoic acid (6.20%), tetradecanoic acid (6.44%), 6, 10, 14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (4.03%), nonanal (4.54%), anthracene (4.26%), benzeneacetaldehyde (4.25%).
