Abstract:
Simultaneous distillation-extractor was used for extracting the volatile substances in flowers of
L.Sativa var.angustana Irish. The content of the volatile oil was 5.65%, and 37 chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS), accounting for 80.66% of the total volatile substances. The concentrations of the volatile components were then determined by the peak area normalization method. The main volatile chemical components were
n-hexadecanoic acid (24.03%), dodecanoic acid (6.20%), tetradecanoic acid (6.44%), 6, 10, 14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (4.03%), nonanal (4.54%), anthracene (4.26%), benzeneacetaldehyde (4.25%).
