制样历程对质谱计测量结果的影响

摘要: 本文以有机物中~(18)O丰度测量为例,用一简单的模式描述了制样历程影响质谱计测量结果的机理。通过测量具有不同δ~(34)S值的硫化物(FeS)样品,同样证实了无机物样品的制样历程对质谱测量结果也有影响。制样前若对制样系统进行预热抽真空,作空白试验,不但能减少同位素分馏现象的影响,而且会“有条件”地抵消记忆效应;在碳钢做成的还原反应器的表面上镀一层薄镍膜,使碳和硅的反应减为最小,样品中的~(18)O在反应器中不受空白影响。转变成的气体同位素组成就能代表样品中的同位素组成,质谱分析时就不会受到制样历程的干扰。Abstract: Generally, an oxygen blank and a memory effect interfere with the isotopicanalysis for organic substance. Futhermore the study of δ~(34)S in some sulphidehas as well suggested that sampling process of inorganic substance affects onthe results of mass spectrometry. Author suggests to eliminate the effects men-tioned above with following steps: 1) Preheating the sampling system in vacua and repetitive processing ofsamples prior to the analysis can reduce and neutralize memory effects. 2) The reduction reactor is thin nickel-plated to minimize the reactionbetween carbon and silica which results in the blank.
