卷柏中挥发性组分的酶提取及气相色谱-质谱分析
Analysis of Cellulase Exteacts from the Volatile Constituents of Herba Selaginellae by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 用酶提取卷柏中挥发性组分,考察pH值、酶用量、样品粒度等因素对提取率的影响。测得其挥发油的含量为w=5.85%。采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)分离确认出31种化学成分,其中主要成分为雪松醇,占总挥发油的45.07%。并将酶提取法(CE)与水蒸汽蒸馏-萃取法(DSE) 法进行了对比。Abstract: The cellulase was used for extracting the volatile constituents of the Herba Selaginellae. The effects of pH, the amounts and the fineness of cellulase on extraction were discussed. The average yield was 5.85%. Thirty one chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS ). The main compound of them is cedrol. The content of cedrol makes up 45.07%. The cellulase extraction (CE) method was made a camparison with distillation extraction (DSE) method.
