热电离质谱法树脂珠技术的新方法

New Method of Resin Bead Technique in Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 本文报告了应用树脂珠技术于质谱分析的一个新方法,即树脂珠—高铼酸-葡萄糖混合溶液综合加载技术。此法在实验室中很容易实行。运用该法可将热电离质谱法的灵敏度提高一个数量级以上。在单带加载5~10ng钚量的情况下,可用法拉弟筒作为收集器进行分析。对3%丰度钚样,其测量外精度可达到0.1%。

     

    Abstract: A new method of resin bead technique applied in mass spectrometric analysis is reported in the present paper. This method is the resin bead—perrhenic acid-glucose solution comprehensive loading technique. It is easy to implement in the laboratory. Using this method, the sensitivity of thermal ionization mass spectrometry has been enhanced more than one order of magnitude. The Pu is analyzed on a single filament with sample amount of 5-10 ng using Faraday cup as a collector. The external precision of measurement may be up to 0.1% at abandunt ratio of 3%.
